This policy describes how Kerek Mail Sorter, a private tool used by the owner of kerek.nl, handles data obtained through Google APIs.
The tool is for the owner's personal use only and accesses only the owner's own Google account. It has no other users and is not offered to the public.
With the owner's consent, the tool uses the Gmail API to access the messages and labels of the owner's own mailbox.
The data is used solely to keep the owner's mailbox organised: sorting messages, applying and removing labels, and archiving. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
Data is processed on a private server within the European Union. Access credentials are stored encrypted. Processing logs are kept only for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
Data obtained from Google APIs is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party.
The tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time in the Google Account settings under Third-party apps & services. After revocation the tool can no longer access any data.
